National Mosque Kuala Lumpur - A Symbol of Islam in Malaysia
The National Mosque of Malaysia is located at Kuala Lumpur.
The mosque has a large capacity of 15,000 people and is
surrounded by lush greenery which expands to a 13-acre land.
The original structure of the mosque was the product of a team
of three people from the Public Works Department. The mosque
was actually built on the site of a church in 1965. The mosque
has been standing firm on its grounds since then and is now
deemed as an important symbol of the Islamic country of Malaysia.

National Art Gallery - Feeling Artsy?
Under the initiative of the first Prime Minister
of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman, the National Art
Gallery was established on 28th August 1958. The
gallery had a humble beginning of only four artworks
which were donated and was housed at a borrowed space
at the DewanTunku Abdul Rahman before the gallery was
located at its current permanent location. As of today,
there are over 2500 pieces of artwork which are permanently
housed in the gallery. There are also rotation of exhibitions
of Asian and international art at the gallery.

Batu Caves - 272 Steps to the Magnificent Batu Caves
The Batu Caves is a sacred place for the Hindus. It actually
consists of three main caves and several other small ones.
Every year, during Thaipusam, a many as 800,000 devotees visit
the Batu Caves. Many of them carry Kavadis as a form of sacrifice

Petronas Twin Tower (KLCC) - Malaysia’s Proud Landmark
The Petronas Twin Towers stands tall at 88 floors
high. One major attraction of the Towers is the Twin
Towers Skybridge between the two towers at the 41st
and 42nd floor. The Skybridge has also made a mark in
the record books for being the highest 2-storey bridge
in the world. The unique fact about this bridge is that
it is not attached to the main structure but instead,
it is designed to slide in and out of the towers to prevent
any breakage. The Skybridge is by far the most anticipated
feature of the Towers as the view from the bridge is simply
breath-taking. The admission to the bridge is free of charge
but visitors are required to get a pass which is issued on
a limited number each day.
